The Congham project seamlessly blends traditional looks with new materials and current construction requirements. The new homes feature the cobbles and flints typical of the area with their design matching local surroundings and nearby properties – but they still make the most of modern living requirements and energy-efficient materials.

The scheme was completed in association with a local developer which had to balance how the scheme looked in relation to planning and traditional quality craftsmanship with the down to earth issues such as cost per square foot and how to maximise revenue within the bounds of the planning criteria and limitations of the site.
