Remodelling of an existing three bed detached dwelling. The new design involved an internal replan, increasing number of bedroom rooms to four and significantly increasing the ground and first floor footprints with a feature bay to the frontage and an orangery to the rear garden.

Feature shiplap boarding was used to blend the new extension areas with the existing masonry, additional brick detail features to apexes and eaves provided the finishing touches.

The orangery and associated lay light added to the open feature planning of the kitchen living space. All completed by a local builder within in timeframe and budget constraints.
