I just wanted to drop you a quick line to apologise for questioning the position of our back door on our project. If you remember, I moaned as you had drawn it under a steel beam? Turns out you were right! We marked it out the other day and its position under the beam is perfect and if I had moved it either way it would look very much out of place. Just thought you might like the feedback as I know how most of the time people just moan and don't give any thanks!

West Norfolk District Council, the carers of the property, have now taken on your plans and I know are extremely pleased with the finished article. You must be congratulated on producing such an excellent set of details plans on such a complicated building.
